Our first signature piece started as a sketch of a cropped jacket. We loved the idea of a bag that looked tailored, with a collar, a button placket and two flap pockets, just smaller and more playful.
Getting the details right
It took several samples to get the collar to sit properly and the pockets to line up. We chose gold tone snap buttons and a long chain that can be doubled for a shorter carry.
Why five colours
Brown and black for every day. Blush for daylight and occasions. Maroon for evenings and wedding season. Beige for a soft, quiet look. Five colours felt like enough choice without losing what makes each one special.
A bag that makes people smile when they see it. That was the whole brief.
