Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

How to exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you would like instead.
2. We will confirm the exchange and share the return address.
3. Send the item back unused, with its tags and dust bag, in the original packaging.
4. We dispatch your new piece as soon as the return reaches us.

Good to know

• Items must be unused and in the condition they arrived in.
• Hair accessories can only be exchanged if they are unopened, for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items can be exchanged for a different colour of the same item.
• If your parcel arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we will fix it at no cost to you.
