Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

Add the pieces you like to your bag and go to checkout. You do not need an account. We will message you to confirm your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery across Pakistan. More payment options are coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 1 to 5 working days depending on your city. See the delivery page for details.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders over Rs 5,000, otherwise Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan.

How can I track my parcel?

We send your tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp when your parcel is dispatched.

Are the colours accurate?

We photograph every piece in daylight and check colours on several screens. Small differences can happen between devices.

How do I care for my bag?

Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from direct sun and store it in its dust bag when you are not using it.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Read the exchanges page for the full steps.
