Changed your mind on the colour? You have 7 days to swap it.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
How to exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and what you would like instead.
- We will confirm the exchange and share the return address.
- Send the item back unused, with its tags and dust bag, in the original packaging.
- We dispatch your new piece as soon as the return reaches us.
Good to know
- Items must be unused and in the condition they arrived in.
- Hair accessories can only be exchanged if they are unopened, for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items can be exchanged for a different colour of the same item.
- If your parcel arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we will fix it at no cost to you.
